With stress and anxiety on the increase, more and more of us are feeling overwhelmed, which leads to anxious thoughts and stressful emotions. These can significantly impact all areas of our lives and attack our sense of well-being.

Whatever the situation or event that is the cause of your stress and anxiety I can help you free yourself from those negative emotions so you can get back to living a more fulfilled and happier life.

Working with a Hypnotherapist can help you to recognise what it is that triggers your stress and anxiety. This model of therapy helps you to become unstuck from a past negative event that also has you fearing the future, most of the time worrying about something that may never happen. This integrated model with coaching teaches you practical things you can do by providing you with coping skills and techniques to help you manage those emotions daily.

We will look at your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in the initial consultation to identify what is maintaining the problem. We progress to regulating your nervous system and calming your mind using relaxation-mindfulness techniques, we then work with your imagination to rehearse new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.

We progress to work with relaxation enhanced with hypnosis to create powerful behavioural change in real life.

I offer therapy that is unique to the individual. During the initial consultation call, we discuss the treatment that would work best for you.
